The Newall DP500 (DRO) Digital Readout Systems set the standard for reliability, value and ease of use for turret mills and tool room lathes. The DP500 DRO Mill and Lathe Packages include Newall’s Spherosyn LT or Microsyn LT encoders which are designed to provide accurate readings even under the toughest shop conditions.

Newall DP900 DRO Digital Readout Repairs

The Newall DP900 DRO is available with 2, 3 or 4-axes of encoders. The 4th, ‘W’, axis can be a Newall Spherosyn/Microsyn (analog) or an RS422 TTL differential (digital) depending on the specific unit. You can set the RS422 TTL W-axis to show linear or angular measurement.

Newall DP7 DRO Digital Readout Repairs

The Newall DP7 DRO is designed for use with Spherosyn and Microsyn linear encoders. Some early versions of the DP7 DRO were only capable of using the Spherosyn linear encoders, as Microsyn did not exist at the time of manufacture.
