EEC Ltd Undertake HEIDENHAIN GB Partner Service Training & Annual Auditing
During 2024, both engineers from EEC Ltd – Gary and Kris were invited by HEIDENHAIN GB to participate in their Partner Service training program. The in depth training from HEIDENHAIN GB is designed to enhance the level of services that EEC Ltd are able to offer to our customers.

Completion of the Partner Service training ensures the following benefits:

Attending the partner training courses arms EEC Ltd with up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the latest technological developments and advancements. HEIDENHAIN maintain a strong network of partners across the country for the purpose of expanding the knowledge base, exchanging ideas, and discussing issues regarding the use of measuring systems.

HEIDENHAIN GB partner service training facilities
To complete the HEIDENHAIN Partner Service training EEC had to demonstrate competency in Encoder diagnostics, encoder service and TNC service.
To ensure that EEC maintain the highest quality levels and adhere to HEIDENHAIN’s required accuracy and quality requirements, EEC will be audited by the HEIDENHAIN GB service manager on an annual basis. This will include calibration certificates of all test equipment, and makes sure that all relevant insurances are up-to-date and meet the required coverage.
