Acu-Rite droPWR – The iOS app that turns your iPad®* into a digital readout (DRO)!
droPWR is ideal for shop classes, production environments and small shops. It allows for multi-machine tool connectivity and multiple user configurations with parameters set per user. The on-board configuration facility easily walks the user through the application set-up. It uses Bluetooth wireless connectivity to encoders via an interface box (sold separately).
Dynamic zoom
The position value of the currently moving axis is zoomed to its maximum size. This greatly improves legibility — especially from a distance.
Light/dark switching
Depending on the ambient light conditions at the machine, the screen can be switched to a light or dark background.
Configuration guide
When launching the software for the first time, a configuration guide provides step-by-step instructions until the device ready for operation.
Split screen
Allows for multitasking or having more than one application displayed at a time, the readout application on one side and part print on the other.
